This notice describes the information collected by this ELX-13 website.
ELX-13 is a project founded by Nikos Poulias. For a question about your information, use the Partners & investors enquiry form and select “Privacy request”. Please provide only the details needed to handle your request; do not send health information.
Founding List
If you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address, any optional first name, country and drink interest you provide, and a record of your consent. We use these details to send the ELX-13 updates you requested. Email updates depend on your consent, which you may withdraw using your private unsubscribe link. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
Only addresses with recorded consent are included in the marketing export. Unsubscribed records remain suppressed so that exporting the list does not re-subscribe them.
Business and privacy enquiries
We collect the information you enter in the enquiry form so that the founder can review and respond. Enquiries are stored separately from marketing subscriptions. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to email updates. We use business enquiry information to respond to your request and pursue relevant business discussions; privacy requests are handled to meet applicable obligations.
Website operation
The website uses its hosting, database and email services to operate the forms and account features. The website and PostgreSQL database are hosted on Render. Transactional confirmation emails use Resend when that service is enabled. Access to enquiries and subscriber exports is restricted to administrators. The hosting provider may process technical request information for operation and security.
The preference explorer keeps your choices in the current page only; they are not submitted or stored. Optional website analytics is disabled in this package. Account sign-in uses necessary session cookies. A chosen display theme may be saved in your browser.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information and raise an objection or restriction request where applicable. You may also request a copy of information you provided and complain to the relevant data protection authority. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.
Information should be retained only while needed for the relevant purpose and applicable obligations. The founder must review operational retention and deletion needs, including suppression records, and handle privacy requests. Use the enquiry form to ask about the handling of your particular record.
