Inspired by the mastic tradition of Chios. The current recipe direction centres on mastic resin.
The final taste profile will be shaped through formulation and sensory testing.

Studies of mastic use particular materials, doses and populations. They do not establish effects for ELX-13.

- Still, ready to drink, in a 355 ml pack.
- Nutritional brief
- Vitamin B3 as nicotinamide, vitamin C and zinc are proposed. Final forms and amounts remain to be confirmed.
- Taste & sweetening
- Zero sugar and natural sweetening are development targets. The final sweetener and flavour system have not been selected.
- Before launch
- The final recipe, packaging, shelf life and serving and storage instructions require technical validation.
